Why Sampling Matters
A sock design may look different after knitting. Yarn thickness, stretch, color limits, sock height, and logo method can all change the final result.
A sample helps you check the sock before bulk production and gives the factory a clear reference to follow.
Check if the logo is clear, readable, and placed correctly.
Review small lines, color blocks, repeats, and stretch.
Compare the sample color with your artwork or brand guide.
Confirm bands, tags, labels, bags, boxes, and carton marks.
What We Check Before Sampling
Before making a sample, we review the key details so the first sample is closer to your order target.
Design Layout
Check if the logo, pattern, and text fit clearly on the sock.
Logo Method
Confirm jacquard, print, embroidery, or packaging branding.
Material Choice
Review yarn, comfort, stretch, thickness, and daily use.
Size and Height
Plan the layout for crew, ankle, knee-high, or sports socks.
Color Direction
Check color count and the best method for the expected look.
Packaging Needs
Review paper bands, tags, labels, bags, boxes, or carton marks.
Sample Review
After the details are confirmed, we make a sample for review. We check the sock flat and stretched, so the logo, pattern, fit, and comfort are easier to judge before bulk production.
How Long Does Sampling Take?
Custom sock sampling usually takes 7–15 days after the main details are confirmed.
The timing depends on the sock type, logo method, material, colors, packaging request, and order season. Simple logo socks are usually faster. Special yarns, grip soles, compression styles, detailed patterns, or custom packaging may need more review time.
If changes are needed after the first sample, we will review your feedback and confirm the next step before bulk production.
Most samples take about 7–15 days after details are confirmed.
Standard materials and simple logo layouts are usually easier to sample.
Fine lines, many colors, special yarns, or special structures may take longer.
If revisions are needed, we confirm the adjustment before bulk production.
Turning the Approved Sample into a Production Guide
After sample approval, we keep the key details on record so bulk production can follow the same standard. This also makes repeat orders easier to match later.
